Job Description
Summary: Progyny is a global leader in women’s health and family building solutions, and they are seeking a Member Services intern to support the contact center transformation. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met for key initiatives while contributing to meaningful projects within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure the smooth execution of transformation initiatives
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to align expectations and drive progress
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, PowerPoint Presentations and project reports to track improvements and standardize workflows
- Gather and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement
- For each project assigned you will have a project plan, and all the appropriate documentation completed
- For each project the meeting and updates are completed timely
- By the end of the summer, you should be able to run a good portion of a project on your own
Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program- graduate program preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
- Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross functional resources and teams
- Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others
- Candidates must be based in the United States
- Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
