Summary: Progyny, Inc. is a global leader in women’s health and family building solutions, and they are seeking an Investor Relations Intern to support the operational efficiency of the Investor Relations team. The intern will assist in financial reporting, communications, and business operations while contributing to ongoing Investor Relations initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of materials to be used with the investment community - Review analyst research and summarize key points - Monitor relevant news from the capital markets, our industry and the competitive landscape and apprise internal constituencies, as appropriate - Maintain summaries of key information routinely provided to the executive leadership team and the company’s Board of Directors - Support the execution of processes that will improve team performance - Contribute to special projects on an as needed basis - Document all activities to ensure there is an accurate record of all work products Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, and/or economics - Interest in financial reporting, communications and healthcare, with a particular focus on family building and women's health - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools - Candidates must be based in the United States - Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future Required Skills: Financial reporting, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, Clear written communication, Clear verbal communication Benefits: Total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity
