Client Success Intern at Progyny, Inc. in New York, NY

Summary: Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the Client Success team. This role will provide additional capacity for key initiatives and day-to-day operational support, enabling Client Success Managers to focus on strategic work. Responsibilities: - Assist with administrative and tactical responsibilities including data entry, client communications, and maintaining client records - Support the execution of operational processes that improve team workflows and performance - Contribute to ongoing Client Success projects such as client satisfaction surveys, onboarding guides, and process improvements - Support client-facing initiatives including webinars, communications, and other engagement activities as needed - Help collect, organize, and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Support reporting efforts that inform Client Success strategies and decision-making - Partner with Client Success team members to enhance and develop internal content within Spekit, Progyny’s knowledge management platform - Help ensure documentation remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving team needs Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Interest in client success, operations, or healthcare technology - Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools Required Skills: Data analysis, Client communication Important Skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Interest in healthcare Benefits: Total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity
