Summary: Probook is a startup looking for a passionate recruiter to join their team at the ground floor. The role involves partnering with leadership to identify hiring priorities, building a pipeline of candidates, and enhancing the candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities - Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies - Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities - Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people - Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups - Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting - Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach - Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment - Grit - willing to work 9-9-5 Required Skills: Sourcing experience, Recruiting for startups Important Skills: Research skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Resourceful, Motivated by impact, Grit Benefits: 1K monthly food and wellness stipend, Full Benefits (dental, health, vision), Unlimited PTO, Office Perks: Hang board (for climbers), Office dog, snacks, coffee, espresso, team lunches and dinners.
