Role & responsibilities
• Support the Facilities Management team in day-to-day project and site activities.
• Support communication and engagement initiatives at the project.
• Understand and assist in addressing customer queries and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth resolution of operational issues.
• Assist in maintaining records, reports and trackers related to facilities and customer interactions.
• Participate in site activities and gain hands-on exposure to real estate project operations.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall project engagement
