Data Analyst Summer Intern at Prison Fellowship in Remote

Summary: Prison Fellowship is the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit committed to serving currently and formerly incarcerated individuals. They are seeking a Data Analyst Summer Intern to assist the fundraising data analytics team in preparing data for modeling, extracting insights from datasets, and creating dashboards using Power BI. Responsibilities: - Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions - Prepare data for modeling, work with datasets to extract insights/findings, create Power BI dashboards - This is a remote/work from home position Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Math, Computer Science, Data Science or related field - Currently a junior or senior in college - Experience with Excel for data analytics - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with predictive analytics - Exposure to Power BI; experience building dashboards in Power BI - Interest in learning SQL; experience writing and running queries in SQL for data extraction Required Skills: Power BI, SQL, Excel, Predictive analytics Benefits: A team oriented, mission driven, supportive environment with cutting edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development.
