Accounting Intern Fall 2026 at Printpack in Atlanta, GA

Printpack is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Accounting Intern to join our Financial Reporting team for Fall 2025 and beyond, providing students with hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with month-end close, quarter-end close and year-end close - Assist with ad hoc reports and other projects - Update/prepare various financial spreadsheets - Utilize accounting knowledge to perform month end reconciliations on various balance sheet accounts - Prepare month-end management reports - Prepare and post journal entries - Data mining and analysis - Reconcile financial statements from international subsidiaries Required Qualifications: - Accounting or Finance Degree in progress or obtained - Ability to commit to a multi-semester, part-time internship - Availability to work 15–20 hours/week during standard business hours - Willingness to work onsite in our Atlanta office on Wednesdays, at least partially Preferred Qualifications: - Good problem solving skills - Experience working with or in a structured process - Good communication, presentation, and team skills - Good organizational and time management skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to work independently - Strong data analysis and reporting skills - Attention to detail Required Skills: Accounting degree, Data analysis Important Skills: Financial reporting Nice-to-Have Skills: Team skills, Self-motivated Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall Benefits: Hands-on accounting experience that complements your academic studies, One-on-one mentorship and weekly/biweekly check-ins with experienced professionals, Flexible scheduling to accommodate your class schedule, Comprehensive onboarding and training documentation, Exposure to enterprise-level financial systems and audit processes, A collaborative and supportive team environment
