Job Description
Summary: Princeton10 is seeking an organized project coordinator to support their project manager team in delivering exceptional projects. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Own routing content through internal processes
- Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
- Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports
- Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Smartsheets
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency or pharma experience a plus
