Hiring: C++ Developer | 6–7 Years
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO
CTC: Up to ₹16.5 LPA

Role Overview:
Looking for a strong C++ Developer with experience in high-performance/low-latency systems and native code development. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining C/C++ components for a Market Data Platform, along with performance optimization, debugging and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain C/C++ components
- Optimize CPU utilization, memory efficiency, latency and throughput
- Identify performance bottlenecks using profiling/debugging tools
- Perform code refactoring and optimization
- Work on multithreaded and concurrent applications
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues related to performance and stability
- Collaborate with QA and cross-functional engineering teams
Good to Have:
Core Java / JNI
Python
SQL / RDBMS – Sybase
Trading systems / OMS / Exchange Connectivity
Real-time or event-driven architectures
Financial services domain experience
