Summary: Prime Healthcare is dedicated to providing operational support to award-winning hospitals. The Jr. Business Analyst will assist in various data domains and support multiple projects by identifying trends in datasets and preparing reports based on business needs. Responsibilities: - The Jr. Business Analyst (BA) report to the Director and support the Business Analysts with a wide variety of data domains and business data needs - The Jr. BA will support multiple concurrent projects - Assist with identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences - Assist with specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements - May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action - Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work - Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics - High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or related preferred - Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred - Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred - Familiarity using varied statistical methods preferred - Proficient in MS Suite preferred Required Skills: Statistical methods, Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Paid time off, A 401K retirement plan, Medical, dental, and vision coverage, Tuition reimbursement, Many more voluntary benefit options
