Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting real estate projects, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and site visits. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective clients and explain property details
• Promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Understand client requirements and share suitable options
• Generate qualified leads and forward them to sales consultants
• Fix appointments, follow-ups, and site visits
• Update CRM or daily call reports
• Meet daily calling and monthly lead targets

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Real estate experience is an advantage
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
