Prestige Management Services LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professional to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming medical facility each evening. Your work will directly support patients, staff, and visitors by ensuring that offices, common areas, training rooms, restrooms, and other assigned spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

This is an active, hands-on position requiring six hours of consistent physical work each evening. The ideal candidate takes pride in thorough results, follows established procedures, maintains a steady pace, and can work responsibly with limited supervision. Responsibilities

● Clean and disinfect offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces

● Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms

● Clean medical training rooms and designated facility areas

● Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility

● Dust surfaces and clean high-touch areas carefully and consistently

● Vacuum carpeted areas extensively

● Dust mop and wet mop hard-surface flooring

● Move chairs, waste containers, and other movable items to clean underneath and behind them

● Maintain assigned equipment, supplies, and janitorial areas

● Follow facility-specific cleaning, safety, infection-control, and documentation procedures

● Promptly report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or barriers to completing assigned work

● Accurately document completed responsibilities as required

Physical Requirements

This position requires six full hours of active physical work. Applicants must be able to:

● Remain on their feet and moving throughout the shift

● Perform substantial vacuuming and floor-care duties

● Bend, reach, kneel, lift, push, pull, and carry supplies

● Move chairs, trash containers, and other items as needed

● Repeatedly lift and remove bags of trash

● Perform detailed cleaning in difficult-to-reach areas

● Maintain a steady, productive work pace throughout the shift

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

● Be dependable and arrive on time for every scheduled shift

● Take pride in delivering detailed, high-quality work

● Work independently while remaining accountable for assigned responsibilities

● Follow written instructions and medical-facility cleaning protocols

● Communicate promptly and professionally with management

● Accurately complete required documentation

● Be comfortable working in a medical environment

● Have reliable transportation

● Be able to meet the physical demands of the position

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Monthly Performance Bonus

After successfully completing site training and receiving approval to work independently, employees may become eligible for up to $225 per month in performance bonuses.

The $225 maximum is prorated for this position’s six-hour daily schedule and is equivalent to the company’s $300 monthly bonus for an eight-hour position.

Monthly performance is evaluated based on:

● Quality of work and inspection results

● Reliability, attendance, and schedule compliance

● Communication and required documentation

● Compliance with safety rules and facility procedures
