Elevate Your Career—and Give Homeowners Peace of Mind—with Premier Roofing

Do you thrive in a high-energy setting where teammates push you to level-up every day? Premier Roofing is hiring rising stars—and proven pros—who want to turn effort into six-figure paychecks while helping families protect their biggest asset.

Why Premier?

Founded on Hustle, Scaling on Culture. Back in 2005, college friends Chris and Ben launched Premier out of a pickup and a flooded basement. Today we top $100 million in annual revenue across 11 branches—and we’re opening more.

Essential Industry, Year-Round Demand. America has 90 million homes and roughly 4 million roofs age out every year—storm or no storm. Add hail, wind, and record weather, and the need only climbs. When insurance covers up to 90 percent of replacement cost, homeowners want a guide they can trust—fast.

Mission-Driven, Results-Obsessed. We promise customers a smooth, transparent roof replacement and deliver teammates unmatched growth in a culture that develops the whole person.

Who We’re After:

We don’t hire average. We want grinders, record-breakers, athletes, competitors—anyone who refuses to trade long-term success for short-term comfort. Show us persistence, innovation, heart, and teamwork, and you’ll have our attention.
