Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and budget while consistently achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch team assigning responsibilities, setting performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and statutory/regulatory requirements (including food safety, licensing, and industry-specific compliance where applicable), minimizing operational and legal risk.
• Design and execute business growth strategies for the branch identifying new market segments, distribution channels, and client opportunities, while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights that shape pricing, promotional, and expansion strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory availability, and timely delivery.
• Track branch-level P&L, control operating costs, and report performance metrics (sales, margins, expenses) to senior management on a regular basis.
• Drive customer satisfaction by resolving escalations promptly and ensuring service quality standards are met at all touchpoints.
• Identify training needs within the team and support their skill development in line with business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 5–8 years of proven experience in the F&B Manufacturing sector, with strong preference for candidates from the Beverage industry.
• MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Sound understanding of branch/plant operations, along with working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and motivating teams to achieve business targets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, particularly in dealing with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the F&B/beverage industry.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required, and adaptability to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
