They are seeking a Claims Information Analyst Intern to support claims transformation through data analysis, dashboarding, and process improvement, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities: - Evaluate end-to-end claims workflows for business functions such as Coordination of Benefits; document opportunities to reduce rework and cycle time - Support process improvement efforts by recommending practical changes and contributing to automation solutions that eliminate manual work - Build and enhance dashboards for claims inventory and operational reporting to replace fragmented, manual reports - Partner with stakeholders (e.g., information analysts, data engineers, and business process analysts) to define metrics, validate data, and deliver insights - Assist with digitization, AI, and automation initiatives aligned to the Operational Efficiency and Excellence priority Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Informatics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interest in operational process improvement.
