Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and visually inclined Content Creator to develop compelling digital content that showcases our products, communicates our brand identity, and strengthens our online presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality photo and video content for the company's digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product promotions, showroom activities, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate must possess strong storytelling abilities, a good eye for aesthetics, practical photography and videography skills, and the ability to transform creative concepts into engaging visual content that captures audience attention and communicates the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Content Conceptualisation and Development

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for product showcases, promotional campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital marketing activities.

- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into engaging visual content concepts.

- Develop video scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and creative directions where necessary.

- Research relevant content trends, formats, and creative approaches to maintain the brand's visual relevance.

- Develop innovative ways to showcase lighting products, furniture, interior spaces, and other company offerings.

Photography and Videography

- Shoot high-quality photographs and videos of company products, showroom displays, installations, events, and business activities.

- Produce product demonstration videos, promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonial videos.

- Capture visually appealing product details, lighting effects, interior arrangements, and showroom experiences.

- Operate cameras, smartphones, lighting equipment, microphones, and other content production tools effectively.

- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, sound quality, and visual presentation during content production.

Video Editing and Post-Production

- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos, reels, TikTok videos, promotional clips, and other digital video content.

- Incorporate appropriate transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, animations, and visual enhancements.

- Perform basic photo editing, colour correction, retouching, and image optimisation.

- Ensure all completed content meets the company's quality standards and approved creative direction.

- Deliver content in appropriate formats and dimensions for different digital platforms.

Brand and Product Storytelling

- Develop visual content that communicates the features, functionality, quality, and aesthetic value of the company's products.

- Create content that positions Precise Lighting as a premium brand within the lighting, furniture, and interior solutions industry.

- Develop creative content around product launches, showroom experiences, customer projects, installations, and company activities.

- Ensure consistency in visual presentation, tone, and brand identity across all content produced.

- Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to align content production with the approved social media calendar.

Content Production Coordination

- Work closely with the Social Media Executive, Graphics Designers, and Digital Marketing Lead to execute content plans and campaigns.

- Participate in showroom shoots, product launches, events, and other company-related content production activities.

- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, photographs, edited videos, and completed content assets.

- Ensure timely completion and submission of assigned content deliverables.

- Identify opportunities to improve the company's visual content quality and production processes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Photography, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related discipline is an advantage.

- 2–4 years of practical experience in content creation, photography, videography, or digital media production.

- Demonstrable portfolio of previously produced videos, photographs, and other visual content.

- Proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Working knowledge of photography and video production equipment.

- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, colour grading, and visual storytelling.

- Experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Experience in lifestyle, interior design, furniture, architecture, retail, or product photography is an advantage.
