Licensed Physical Therapist at Prava Therapy in Poway, CA

PRN - Physical Therapist – Memory Care

Finally, a therapy job designed around people—not paperwork?

At Prava, we believe exceptional care happens when clinicians have the time to build relationships, think critically, and truly know their patients.

That means:

• You're not expected to see 18–20 patients every day.

• You're not racing from treatment to treatment.

• You're not buried in paperwork after hours.

Instead...

You'll spend your day providing meaningful one-on-one care to persons living with dementia, becoming an embedded member of a senior living community, and using industry-leading AI technology that eliminates much of the administrative work that burns clinicians out.

This Isn't Traditional Therapy

Our therapists become trusted partners.

Families know your name.

Caregivers rely on your expertise.

Nurses seek your clinical judgment.

Community leaders value your partnership.

Residents recognize your kindness, trust your presence, and respond to the relationships you build every single day.

Less Paperwork. More Purpose.

Prava's AI-powered clinical platform automates much of the documentation and administrative work that traditionally steals hours from therapists.

More time connecting.

Less time clicking.

More clinical reasoning.

Less busy work.

That's the future of rehabilitation—and we're already there.

Why Memory Care?

• Prevent falls.

Our Promise

No double-booking.

No treating therapy like an assembly line.

Just exceptional clinicians, extraordinary technology, and enough time to provide the care your patients deserve.

In memory care, we're not trying to change a diagnosis.

We're helping people preserve their independence, protect their dignity, and create more moments of connection with the people they love.

If that mission speaks to you, we'd love to meet you.

Come help us redefine rehabilitation.
