Responsibilities: - Preparing client deliverables including: valuation reports, presentations and confidential marketing materials - Conducting industry and economic research - Developing and analyzing public comparable companies in support of various corporate finance assignments - Participating in project discussions and internal meetings Required Qualifications: - Strong interest in investment banking and valuation - Actively working toward completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program majoring in finance, accounting, economics, or another relevant field of study - Completed coursework in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance or Economics - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage tight timelines in a team environment - Ability to work 20 hours per week in our office - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future Required Skills: Valuation, Investment Banking, Financial Accounting Important Skills: Corporate Finance, Microsoft Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Research Skills, Teamwork, Presentation Skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall
