Production Lead

Location: MEX - Tepexpan Plant · On-Site

As a Production Lead, you will manage material and human resources during the production phase to meet our customer needs.

This includes optimizing human and material resources through an operational excellence model, adhering to safety and quality standards and procedures, and fulfilling the production schedule and the organization's strategic objectives by achieving applicable volume, cost, and quality standards.

You will work LI-Onsite reporting to the production manager in our plant located in Tepexpan.

Main Responsibilities

• You will manage production resources to meet the production schedule, satisfy customer needs, maintain process flow, eliminate waste, and identify process requirements.

• You will promote work based on standards, systems, and continuous improvement, and seek process optimization to ensure compliance with the indicators defined by production management.

• You will develop short- and medium-term operational strategies to ensure fulfillment of demand for products, special orders, and projects according to customer needs.

• You will manage human resources by following the vacation schedule, training program, production schedule, and incident resolution, maintaining a healthy and cordial work environment.

• You will ensure the payroll, hiring, and all other personnel processes are carried out following internal rules and procedures.

• Comply with safety procedures in the production area to guarantee the well-being of all team members, as well as the protection of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the chemical industry.

• Language: Intermediate English.
