Office Assistant at Power Plus in Corona, CA

Summary: Power Plus is a multi-industry leader in providing power solutions and is seeking an Office Assistant to grow and maintain relationships with existing customers. This role involves ensuring service level agreements are met and supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Check in with Account Mangers at the beginning and end of shift - Maintain effective relationships with customers via phone and email in a professional manner - Ensure work is billable and prepare administrative backup required to pre-bill and bill - Monitor systems for follow up actions and flag issues requiring management's attention - Report and provide analytics required to keep service level agreements - Other duties may be assigned as business needs require Required Qualifications: - Experience in providing a high level of customer service required - Strong problem-solving and organization skills - Ability to identify and resolve questions independently - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to follow through to completion of any problem - Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment - Handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with software development preferred - 1-3 years of experience in a web based, Windows environment background is a plus Required Skills: Customer service Important Skills: Problem-solving, Organization skills, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Windows environment, Multi-tasking, Time management, Interpersonal skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Training and mentoring, 401(k) with matching, Paid sick leave, Paid vacation
