Product Analytics Intern (Summer 2026) at Poshmark in California

The Product Analytics Intern will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on analytics solutions that impact millions of shoppers and sellers while collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to uncover insights and new business opportunities - Use SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within user behavior and partnership distribution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and run A/B tests, instrumentation, and feature adoption analysis - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product-market fit and feature success - Deliver clear and compelling findings to stakeholders to drive business value and product improvements Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelors, MS or PhD program in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field - Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python skills; ability to pull large volumes of data and create visualizations - Sound understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data modeling concepts - A passion for consumer experience and an eye for great user experience - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively - A 'can-do' attitude with a desire to go into uncharted territory with bold new ideas - Demonstrated interest in Poshmark's mission, community, or industry - Current or rising senior enrolled in an accredited university, or recent college graduate - Seniors should expect to graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027 - Strong communication, collaboration, and curiosity - Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm - Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA - No employment sponsorship required now or in the future Required Skills: SQL, Python, Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, A/B Testing, Product Sense Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
