Produc Management Intern (Summer 2026) at Poshmark in California

Summary: Poshmark is the leading fashion marketplace where style comes alive through discovery, self-expression, and human connection. As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the Product team to drive user growth, engagement, and monetization across the marketplace. Responsibilities: - Help coordinate product strategy, planning, and execution with product management team - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, including but not limited to, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Operations and Community to understand needs and help define requirements - Help gather new ideas aimed at enhancing core product experiences - Help to incorporate AI in day to day product processes - Assist in user testing and user research of new product features - Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities - Have a can-do attitude and take initiative in a fast-paced environment - Above all, bring a fresh consumer-oriented perspective and a positive attitude Required Qualifications: - Rising Senior pursuing a degree in CS, Product Management, Business, HCI, or a related field (Class of 2027) - 2+ years of relevant internship or working experience and looking to go into product management - Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced independent working environment - Communication and collaboration experience to work collaboratively with engineering, business development, account management and other teams - You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn, and willing to roll up your sleeves whether that means diving into data, talking to users, or supporting experimentation - Intellectually curious and ready to learn - Demonstrated interest in Poshmark's mission, community, or industry - Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm - Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA - No employment sponsorship required now or in the future Required Skills: Product Management, User Testing, User Research, Data Analysis, AI Integration, Product Strategy, Intellectual curiosity, Project Management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
