Location: MX Remote

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Inspection & Real Estate unit, you will be joining a Sales team focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple software platforms that support different businesses connected to the Home Inspection Market. You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations. You will join a small team where you will directly input into the go-to-market strategy.
What You Will Do As A Sales Development Representative
Develop new businessviamasscommunicationsuch as email, SMS, and phoneto introduce our SaaS solutionwithinthetargetmarket.
Support sales teamonoutboundstrategies and lead-generatingefforts.
Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuringallcommunications are logged and informationisaccurate.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective customersbysourcingpotential leads and passing off qualifiedopportunitiestothe sales team.
Implement creative waystoengage and buildrapporttomaintainyourbookofprospects.
What You Will Bring As A Sales Development Representative
1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience specifically with B2B
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
Prior lead generation experience
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate
Experience with Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly adapt when feedback is given
The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly
To be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or isuses
