Assistant Property Manager at Pollard Properties in Wright City, MO

Welcome to Pollard Properties, where we are redefining the standards of property management with our unwavering commitment to a resident-first approach. Founded in 2016, Pollard Properties emerged with a clear mission: to transform the way property managers interact with and serve their residents. We firmly believe that residents should always come first, and our journey began with this fundamental principle. Too often, residents were treated as mere occupants, and their needs and concerns were overlooked. The impersonal, transactional nature of property management was failing to create the thriving, vibrant communities that residents deserved. This realization fueled our determination to create a different kind of property management company—one that put residents at the heart of everything we do.

The APM partners closely with Property Managers and onsite teams to drive occupancy,

improve conversion, and ensure compliance with company standards, Fair Housing regulations, and Pollard Properties’ Mission and Core Values.
