If you have 3 months-2 years of recruitment/Sourcing experience and have worked with a Recruitment Consultancy, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups. .
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
• Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and TATs.

Candidate Profile

• 3months -2 years of recruitment/Sourcing experience.
• Recruitment Consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Prior exposure to bulk hiring/volume hiring is mandatory.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• This will be a 6 days working role from office
• Good knowledge of job portals and basic MS Excel.
