Experience: Fresher / 01 Year
Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field sales and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Explain and promote suitable Life Insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain proper customer and sales records.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Life Insurance preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and travelling.
- Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn.
