Responsibilities: - Reshaping and building the front-end of a real-time trading platform used daily by traders and operations teams - Owning UX decisions end-to-end—from wireframes and mockups to production React code—consolidating complex, data-dense interfaces into clean, intuitive layouts - Utilizing C# / .NET to shape the APIs that powers designs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and processes - Documenting and presenting design decisions, code, and functionalities to team members and stakeholders - Interacting with senior-level professionals Required Qualifications: - Expected bachelor's degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 - Experience with React and TypeScript - Strong visual instinct—you notice when spacing, alignment, or hierarchy feels off - Comfort working across the stack when a feature demands it - Ability to articulate design trade-offs, not just implement them - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills - Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team - Ability and willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times - Commitment to the highest ethical standards Required Skills: React, TypeScript, C# / .NET Important Skills: UI/UX Design Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills
