Summary: Poettker Construction Company is a construction firm with a Preconstruction department supporting project pursuits. The Preconstruction Intern will assist with reviewing project documents, subcontractor outreach, quantified takeoffs, pre-bid activities, and site surveys.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc
- Support Estimators and Lead Estimators with subcontractor outreach for specific projects
- Support Estimators and Lead Estimators with quantified takeoffs from project documents
- Assist with performing site surveys and investigations

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A focus on teamwork – continually listen, collaborate and communicate among colleagues, clients and partners
