Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for the SEO Specialist with hands-on experience to manage and improve organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SEO tools, technical SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor website performance using GSC and GA4.
- Manage SEO tracking and implementation through GTM.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) where required.
- Conduct backlink and competitor analysis using Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Perform website crawls and technical audits using Screaming Frog.
- Apply GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven search.
- Use AI tools to support SEO research, analysis, and optimization.
- Track SEO performance and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in GSC, GA4, GTM, GBP, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Hands-on experience with GEO and AI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing / SEO Agency is preferred.
- Education: Intermediate or above.
