Review and improve internal processes, workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure effective communication and handovers between departments.
Oversee procurement and inventory processes at a management level, ensuring appropriate controls and availability of materials without unnecessary overstocking.

Working Hours & Expectations
This is a senior managerial position and is not structured around a conventional 40-hour working week.
The Operations Manager will be expected to provide the level of flexibility and commitment required to ensure the effective running of the operation. This may involve longer working hours, particularly during busy periods or when operational matters require senior management attention.
The position will also normally require Saturday attendance until approximately 12:00pm.
However, an important part of the role will be building an effective management structure and delegating responsibilities appropriately. Where suitable operational coverage is in place and responsibilities have been effectively delegated, the Operations Manager will not necessarily be expected to personally attend every Saturday.
The level of responsibility, flexibility and additional working-hour expectations associated with the position will be reflected in the overall remuneration package.

Attractive remuneration package based on experience and responsibilities.
Health insurance as part of the employment package.
Stable, long-term senior management opportunity.
High level of autonomy and responsibility.
Opportunity to directly influence operational structure, processes and business performance.
