Service Supervisor | Varment Guard Wildlife Services
Do you love leading people and solving problems in the field? Varment Guard is looking for an energetic, people-first supervisor to lead a team of Wildlife Technicians in your area. We offer full benefits, room for learning and growth, and a total compensation package (base + bonus) ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wildlife Technicians
- Drive growth by defining sales goals and overseeing results
- Troubleshoot service issues and provide ongoing training
- Manage key customer relationships
- Review reports to optimize routes and team productivity
- Uphold safety and quality standards across your team
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass state licensing exams and background/drug screening
