Our Lexington branch is looking for a counter sales associate who knows how to read a customer, solve a problem fast, and keep things moving. WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS You're the first person a contractor, plumber, or homeowner talks to when they walk in or call. That means you need to know product, stay calm under pressure, and give people the right answer — not just an answer. It's a sales role, but the best counter people think of themselves as problem-solvers who happen to also be closing.
