Customer Service Representative at PLS in Revere, MA

Summary: PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with over 200 centers across 12 states. They are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing superior service and educating them on products and services. Responsibilities: - Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business - Educating our customers on our products and services - Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations - Following company policies and procedures - Maintaining a balanced cash drawer - Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling - Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions - Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution - Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and team members - Performing other duties as instructed by management Required Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred - Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers - Strong verbal communication - Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Professional appearance and demeanor - Must be honest and have integrity - Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays - English fluency is required Preferred Qualifications: - English/Spanish bilingual is a plus Required Skills: Customer service experience, Verbal communication Important Skills: Multi-tasking, Attention to detail Nice-to-Have Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401(k), Vacation, Opportunities for advancement, Ongoing training
