Full Stack Developer – Junior/Mid-Level at Plethora… · Nigeria

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of business applications, CRM platforms, APIs, and web-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working across both backend and frontend technologies, with strong knowledge of PHP, MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB, React JS, RESTful APIs, and CRM application development.

This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into reliable software solutions, collaborate effectively with designers and developers, troubleshoot application issues, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for:

• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web and business applications.
• Building backend services, APIs, application logic, and database integrations.
• Developing and maintaining CRM functionality, modules, integrations, and business workflow applications.
• Designing, implementing, and managing relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Developing backend applications and services using PHP.
• Working with MariaDB/MySQL for relational database design, queries, optimization, and application integration.
• Working with MongoDB for NoSQL data storage and application requirements.
• Developing and maintaining frontend application components using React JS.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs for communication between applications and external services.
• Integrating third-party APIs, enterprise platforms, and other external services.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers and other developers to translate application requirements and designs into functional solutions.
• Writing clean, reusable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participating in code reviews and following established coding standards and software-development best practices.
• Performing application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Supporting application deployment, production troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Using Git and version-control workflows to manage source code and collaborate with other developers.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Working closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate software solutions.
• Identifying and resolving application, database, API, and integration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or equivalent practical experience in:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• Computer Engineering
• or another related discipline.
• Demonstrable software-development experience through professional employment, freelance work, personal projects, academic projects, GitHub repositories, portfolio applications, or equivalent practical evidence.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
