Summary: Playfly Sports is a leading sports marketing and media company, seeking a Service Team Intern to join their team in State College, Pennsylvania. The role involves collaborating with the Partnership Services and Sales Team to provide outstanding service at university sports events and assisting in the management of sold inventory. Responsibilities: - Support full-time Client Services and Sales staff with game day tasks, including but not limited to, Beaver Stadium Block Party set up and breakdown, on-site promotions, Corporate Hospitality Village set up and breakdown, and on-field presentation fulfillment - Assist with the execution of all hospitality elements and events on game days and non-game days - Assist in the creation of Mid-Year and End of Year Recap Presentations - Proof of Performance organization for Mid-Year ad End of Season Recaps - Track, maintain, and organize game day inventory - Provide high quality customer service and communication - Represent Playfly Sports, Penn State Sports Enterprises and Penn State Athletics in a professional manner - Other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year commitment (full school year) - Customer service and/or brand partnership experience - Responsible, motivated, and comfortable interacting with fans, Corporate Partners, and other vendors - Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, flexibility, and willingness to participate in multiple events - Responsible for attending all home Football games and other assigned sports home games (including afternoon, night, and weekend games) - Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs - Must have reliable transportation - 8-10 in-office hours per week Required Skills: Brand Partnership Experience, Event Coordination, Inventory Management, Customer Service
