What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the PMO, ensuring adherence to project governance and best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, management, customers, and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Support reporting and analysis efforts by utilizing MS Excel for data tracking and visualization.
- Maintain project records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Assist with onboarding of new project team members and ensure compliance with PMO processes.
- Continuously improve PMO processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years’ PMO Administrator experience in a Managed Services environment or large government agency, preferably within an outsourcing environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, customers & other stakeholders
- Highly proficient with MS 365 (especially MS Excel) & MS Teams
- Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Effective team player, has a positive approach to work & team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable & capable
- Highly organized with good time management skills
