Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

 Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, predictive models, automation features) and core digital platform features.

 Feature Prioritization: Own and manage the product backlog, balancing technical debt, innovation, user requests, and strategic priorities using data-driven frameworks.  Go-To-Market (GTM): Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to define pricing, packaging, and product launch plans. Cross-Functional Leadership & Agile Delivery

 Engineering Collaboration: Work daily with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate complex user needs into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and wireframes.

 Lifecycle Management: Lead sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles in an Agile environment, ensuring on-time delivery of product milestones.  Ethical AI & Governance: Ensure AI models adhere to data privacy standards, governance frameworks, fairness, transparency, and security guidelines. Discovery & Analytics

 User Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, user interviews, and usability testing to validate product hypotheses and pain points.

 Metrics & Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, engagement, retention, model accuracy/latency, and revenue contribution; track and iterate continuously.

Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications

 Experience: 3+ years of product management experience managing digital software products, SaaS platforms, or AI/ML-driven features.

 AI/ML Understanding: Functional understanding of machine learning lifecycle, data pipelines, model deployment, API integrations, and modern Generative AI capabilities.

 Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in Scrum/Kanban environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.  Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and SQL to extract insights independently.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
