Summary: Radancy is the global leader in talent acquisition software, providing AI-powered recruiting technology, data-driven insights, and candidate experiences. The IT Desktop Support Technician provides hands-on in-person and remote technical support for employees and office technology, troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, hardware, software, networking, and access systems while maintaining IT assets and documenting support activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support office technology including printers, copiers, conference room equipment, and phone systems
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware/software issues
- Deploy, configure, image, and support Windows PCs and Apple Mac devices
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets
- Maintain organization and operational readiness of network closet
- Administer and support office physical access systems, including key card access management and user provisioning
- Collaborate with other IT team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements
- Document issues, solutions, and support activities according to established procedures
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, cabling, switch installations, and connectivity issues
- Answer limited number of support desk phone calls
Required Qualifications:
- • 1-3 years of experience in a desktop support, help desk, or technical support role in a corporate environment
- • Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments
- • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop applications and hardware
- • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, cabling, and wireless networking
- • Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, and office technology
- • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- • Experience providing white-glove support to executive-level users, with strong customer service and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues through resolution
- Location: This role is in our Atlanta Office, with a requirement of 3 days in the office
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Experience with M365 administration and enterprise device management platforms, or similar solutions
- • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity platforms
- • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Apple support certifications
