Job Description
Summary: PitchBook, a Morningstar company, is focused on innovation and collaboration. The Portfolio Analyst, Private Capital role involves supporting the Lumonic subsidiary by monitoring customer portfolios, managing compliance requirements, and analyzing financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize financial statements to ensure accurate and efficient data management
- Collaborate with our customers to gather valuable feedback, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met
- Provide insightful feedback on existing products and contribute to the brainstorming and development of new features that drive our products forward
- Play an active role in testing product improvements, helping to refine and enhance our offerings to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to solve problems as Lumonic continues to grow and evolve
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, commonly in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ years of work experience, including internship experience
- Ability to provide a high-level of customer service
- Adaptable to unique and changing business needs
- Demonstrated success in problem solving and ownership to resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate using sound judgement to make decisions
- Proficiency with financial statements
- Process-oriented, organized, and with amazing attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
