Area Recovery Manager at Piramal Finance in Karnal, Nizamabad, Jodhpur

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end MLAP collections and ensure achievement of collection targets across delinquency buckets.
• Monitor MLAP portfolio quality, identify risk clusters and control roll-forwards and NPAs.
• Lead Collection Managers, executives and agencies to drive overdue EMI recovery and productivity.
• Drive NPA resolution, legal action, repossession and property sale in coordination with Legal/Litigation teams.
• Manage collection and enforcement agencies, ensuring productivity, compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Strengthen MLAP collection efficiency through auto-debit mapping, portfolio MIS, audits and timely escalation of deviations.
