Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the technology team to design, deliver, and tailor solutions that increase banker efficiency at all levels - Execute strategic projects within the Technology Organization, including fulfilling the responsibilities of a Product Owner - Design, evaluate, and iterate on prompts and system-level behavior for our LLMs - Apply subject matter expertise in both investment banking and emerging technology tools - Spend meaningful time with users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and ideas - Drive requirements elicitation and documentation to clarify objectives - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for IB analysts and associates - Stay informed of evolving investment banking workflows through conference attendance and vendor partnerships Required Qualifications: - 12–24 months of experience in an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate program (Must understand the day-to-day life of a banker) - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees preferred Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to leverage previous experience as an investment banking analyst to enhance training development and workflow optimization - Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to learn emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and emerging fintech solutions - Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing abilities - Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to 'speak both languages'—translating banker needs to technical teams and vice versa - Work effectively both independently and in team environments - Dedication to building a career in Technology while working extensively with Investment Banking - Demonstrated passion for AI, fintech, and workflow automation.
