Competitive Pay
New hires for this position typically start between $73,448.80 and $97,931.73 Annually, depending on experience, qualifications, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. Full pay range provided in support of pay transparency.

What you'll do
As the Compliance Program Manager, you will oversee critical operational components of the organization’s compliance infrastructure, with primary responsibility for policy administration and medical records archiving and processing. You’ll help ensure that documentation systems, retention processes, and compliance controls meet all federal, state, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the organization’s centralized policy management system
• Coordinate policy review schedules and approval workflows
• Track revisions, implementation dates, and acknowledgements
• Prepare documentation for audits and accreditation reviews
• Oversee secure storage, archiving, retention, and destruction of records
• Support compliance operations, reporting, and committee coordination
• Participate in monitoring activities and documentation reviews
What you'll bring (required qualifications):
Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Behavioral Health, or related field
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant compliance, healthcare administration, records management, or regulatory experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic records systems
Preferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in behavioral health, correctional, or residential reentry settings
• Experience supporting audits or accreditation reviews
