Strategic Sourcing Specialist II, General & Administrative

Pinterest is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to support General & Administrative sourcing across Workplace Services, Legal & Business Affairs, Trust & Safety and Customer Support Operations. You’ll help run the sourcing lifecycle, from intake and market research through RFx, contracting and supplier management, partnering with leaders across Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, People, IT, Workplace and Support. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, General & Administrative Strategic Sourcing and is open to candidates anywhere in the US (remote).

What you’ll do

Support sourcing projects for assigned G&A categories, including intake, requirements gathering, market research, RFx coordination and supplier comparisons.
Prepare spend, bid, supplier and market analyses and turn them into clear recommendations for the Sr. Manager and business partners.
Support contracting and negotiation activity, including drafting and tracking agreements, renewals, pricing and service-level terms, with guidance from the Sr. Manager and in partnership with Legal.
Administer supplier contracts day to day: monitor service levels and quality standards, resolve routine issues and escalate appropriately.
Partner with stakeholders in Legal & Business Affairs, Trust & Safety, Workplace and Customer Support Operations to understand needs and keep projects on track.
Keep sourcing and contract data accurate in procurement and contract-management systems, and contribute to category plans and process improvements.
Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, documentation and reporting, while validating results and protecting sensitive information.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, category management or a related field.
Experience supporting or executing RFx processes, supplier evaluation, contract administration or renewals.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and contract terms and to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze spend, bids or market data and present clear recommendations.
Organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines and sound judgment on when to escalate.
Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate research, analysis or documentation, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality, protecting sensitive data and maintaining ownership of final deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in a technology, platform, SaaS or high-growth environment.
Exposure to corporate-services categories such as workplace and facilities, legal and professional services, trust and safety or customer support vendors, contingent workforce, or HR and benefits.
Experience with source-to-pay, contract-lifecycle-management or spend-analytics tools such as Zip, Oracle or Ironclad.
CPSM, CIPS or progress toward a related professional certification.

Why this role is compelling

You will build hands-on experience across the full sourcing lifecycle in a high-visibility portfolio, learn directly from a senior sourcing leader, and work with partners across the company. The role has a clear path toward owning more complex projects, supplier relationships and categories, with room to build skills in negotiation, market analysis and responsible AI-enabled work.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
