Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to meet production requirements. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine welding requirements.

• Inspect materials and completed projects to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

• Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar role.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in using welding tools and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
