Your mission
Increase sales and stimulate sell-out in your area based on guidelines defined by the sales department and in keeping with regulations and the organisation set in place by management (face-to-face, televisits)
- Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, at both an individual and group level
- Ensure personalised monitoring of key opinion leaders and key accounts in his scope of activity and represent the Group in professional events
- Assist with/promote levers for change (New Wow's, Digital, omni-channeling customer service)
- See to the correct application of sales strategy defined by management, taking the regional context into account
- Fulfill qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management
- Create useful synergies between the different brand networks and the support networks in order to contribute to good regional development and represent the Group in professional events
- Analyse sector data, identify levers to improve targeting to optimise regional performance
- Take responsibility for reporting between the field and headquarters in respect to the market, competitors, distribution
- Contribute to drawing up the budget and ensure budget monitoring and tracking the region's key performance indicators (erosion level, profitability)
