WE ARE HIRING: POULTRY FARM SUPERVISOR
Are you an experienced poultry professional with a passion for animal welfare and team leadership? Pholad Hybrid Farm Limited is looking for a dedicated Poultry Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure our flock thrives!
Key Responsibilities:
Flock Management: Monitor bird health, growth rates, and mortality, ensuring optimal living conditions.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule farm attendants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Biosecurity & Safety: Strictly implement and enforce biosecurity protocols and workplace safety standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of feed consumption, egg/meat production, and vaccinations.
Operational Oversight: Manage feeding and watering systems, ventilation, and general facility maintenance.
Requirements:
Education: A degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field (HND/BSC preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in poultry farm management.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of poultry diseases, nutrition, and modern brooding techniques.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or on a rotating roster as needed.
