The Solutions Specialist, Data Analytics role involves supporting analytics and reporting solutions, building Power BI reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting solutions. Responsibilities: - Support analytics and reporting solutions from initial intake through deployment, including building Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps using certified enterprise semantic models - Develop thin datasets connected to trusted data sources, deliver short‑turnaround reporting with high accuracy, independently manage lower‑complexity requests, and support minor enhancements while escalating more complex design or architectural decisions as needed - Perform data validation and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs - Ensure all reports adhere to established data governance, security, and visualization standards, while supporting data integrations and reporting workflows under guidance to maintain consistency across the analytics ecosystem - Support new DevOps tickets with guidance, participate in backlog refinement and task tracking, and execute functional and regression testing to ensure solution quality - Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, support issue resolution, and maintain clear documentation for deployed reports, datasets, and related processes - Assist in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical details for reporting solutions - Maintain up-to-date documentation for deployed assets to support knowledge sharing, ongoing maintenance, and smoother transitions between development and support activities - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs, provide progress updates, and support demo preparation - Gather post‑launch feedback to drive continuous improvement, while steadily building business domain knowledge and strengthening technical skills under supervision Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of related work experience - Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, and data models - Experience working with analytics solutions and data-driven applications - Experience supporting analytics or reporting solutions - Ability to translate business requirements into functional deliverables - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree preferred - Familiarity with delivery and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar preferred - Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred - Certified LEAN Basic, Data Analytics, Project Management preferred Required Skills: SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Data Analytics, Analytics solutions, Data-driven applications, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, LEAN Basic Certification, Project Management Certification, Written Benefits: Company fleet/car, Training, Advancement opportunities, Annual incentive plan, Sales commission, Long-term incentives, Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), Stock purchase plan, Education reimbursement
