Responsibilities: - Design, train, and evaluate foundational AI/deep learning models for medical image analysis using large-scale, multi-center patient datasets - Collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate research advances into real-world clinical solutions - Conduct systematic experimental evaluations and rigorously document findings - Contribute to peer-reviewed publication and technical dissemination of results Required Qualifications: - You are pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related physical science or engineering discipline - Your skills include developing deep learning and AI-based foundation models for medical imaging, and you are highly proficient in Python - You have experience processing and analyzing large-scale medical imaging datasets, such as medical ultrasound data - You're able to independently plan and execute research within a collaborative environment, and you have strong written and verbal communication skills in English - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position - US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
