Finance Manager at PHILBOX (PRIVATE LIMITED) in Lahore Johar Town

Phil Box Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong practical expertise in financial management and taxation, with the ability to independently handle the company's financial matters.

We prioritize hands-on professional experience, technical expertise, and proven practical skills over academic qualifications alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's overall financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
• Handle income tax, sales tax, tax returns, tax planning, and related compliance matters.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with applicable Pakistani tax laws.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor company expenditures, financial performance, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decisions.
• Ensure the timely completion of all financial and taxation-related tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ACCA Qualified (Completed ACCA) is mandatory.
• Candidates with an MBA in Finance or CA Finalist qualification will also be considered as additional qualifications.
• 7–8 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• Strong practical knowledge of Pakistani taxation, including income tax, sales tax, tax filing, and compliance.
• Proven hands-on experience managing financial operations independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We prefer candidates who have substantial practical experience and can independently manage finance and taxation matters with minimal supervision. Candidates with proven professional expertise and a strong track record will be given priority over those relying primarily on academic qualifications.
