ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Phil opened his State Farm agency in February 2022 after spending 20 years in corporate finance within the travel industry. He earned his BBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. As a husband and father, serving others has always been a central part of his life, and that mindset drives the culture of the agency today.

Our office is a relationship-first environment focused on helping people - not pushing products. We work hard, support one another, and invest heavily in personal and professional growth. The team is collaborative, accountable, and genuinely committed to helping each other succeed.

We stay active in the Southlake and North Texas communities through sponsorships, local events, and community outreach throughout the year. Our agency currently includes six full-time and three part-time team members.

We offer a monthly medical allowance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, 12 paid holidays, paid licensing after hire, ongoing training and development, and weekly and monthly incentives.

We’re looking for someone who is resilient, coachable, and motivated by helping people. If you value integrity, personal growth, and want to build a meaningful long-term career in a supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you.
